Keith is a lifesaver! We had an emergency wasp situation, where the little evil creatures were making their way through the wall so there was no time to spare. My efforts to destroy them had failed and only enraged them even more, so I reached out to Keith late in the evening and he rushed to the scene an hour faster than he had estimated and took care of them on the spot.
